Partially, yes - the problem with Z is more complex though (Y focused on meaning in work and life resulting in demands for work-life balance):

- attention problems
- thinking work is optional (which it isn’t)
- can’t articulate themselves sufficiently in oral or written form
- obsessed with goofing around

Besides my main job I also teach at university and I would say that 50% of Z is absolutely broken beyond dispair.

The thing that makes me lose the slightest hint of empathy for them is their lack of understanding for the world. However, they think they can just opt-out and have it the way they want.

They will get the bill and pay big time.
