Great collection, Adam!

What I discovered nowadays are the following mechanisms and elements (under your exhaustive set of pillars) on a meta level:

I. Word Abstractions (mechanical recombination — turning, leaving, adding and reinventing words, playing with concepts like (un)sense, irony etc.)

II. Analogies (e.g. figurative, contextual)

III. Core competencies (verb, adjective, adverb)

The question of course then remains (and here your list picks up) what we name — do we name our company after the need? The actual task? The value proposition? Or a lackthereof?

Here, creativity picks up…

Great work!

Alex

Thanks, Alex! Much appreciated. Yes, all of those can be good tactics to generate a name. Or, like with NachoNacho, you pick something easy and different that has a good story.
